This study has the main goal of being able to analyze and explain how influence organizational culture, job satisfaction, commitment on employee intentions leave company, considering that after covid-19 pandemic, many companies, especially retail have changed their culture. research is an explanatory type uses a positivist approach, with quantitative methods. The data in this were collected through list questionnaires distributed respondents, respondents employees three retailer companies city Tomohon, namely: Cool Supermarket, Multimart, Grand Central, each which 100 employees.
